3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the VL777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. VL777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify VL777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. VL777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). VL777 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. VL777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All VL777 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
VL777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. VL777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. VL777 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. VL777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will not be forfeited without prior written notice to the account holder.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. VL777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; (c) placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; (d) any other conduct that VL777 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. VL777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will not be retroactively removed except in cases of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by VL777. VL777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) VL777 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) VL777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; (d) VL777 ceases to offer its services in your jurisdiction.

13.1 VL777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, VL777 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the VL777 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
